WHAT ARE THE B2C AWARDS?

 The Back to The Customer (B2C) Awards 2023 were created to celebrate extraordinary customer experience work being done in DTC & E-Commerce today. These awards are named in honor and memory of our friend, Jack Lorentzen - who believed in always bringing the focus back to the customer. 

 

And we have our winners

 

Out of 135 incredible nominations, our top 3 B2C Champs in each category—Best Brand, Frontline MVP, and Top CX Leader—were announced in a LI Live event hosted by Flip’s Shawn Lii on October 11th, 2023.

 

It was a massive celebration of great CX, and we can't wait to share the results!

  • 1st Place in each category received a Back To The Customer (B2C) 2023 Trophy (+ bragging rights)

  •  Continuing promotion as some of the best in the Industry, PR exposure, Brand exposure
